“Mumbai usually means rushing. This time I walked Marine Drive at my own pace and someone else owned the logistics.”
Pankaj Sikka wanted Mumbai without the spreadsheet: a few clear days, good food, and space between meetings with the city itself. We planned flights from Delhi, a waterfront stay, and a light spine of Colaba mornings, a ferry afternoon, and Bandra evenings.
The point was not to tick landmarks. It was to move through the city as if someone had already argued with the traffic for him. Pickups were buffered, dinner tables held, and when a late call ate into the afternoon, we shifted the ferry so the day still had a proper ending.
That is the Daksh shape for a city trip: travel and stay held as one plan, experiences as punctuation, and a WhatsApp desk when Mumbai does what Mumbai does.
What Daksh Travels handled
- Delhi–Mumbai flights timed around real arrival energy
- Sea-facing stay with transfers that did not fight peak hour
- One private food evening and soft mornings built into the plan
